Annie is a Transport Planner with five years' experience, who has worked on a wide range of projects throughout England and Wales, supporting public and private sector clients. This includes feasibility support, masterplanning advice, planning application support, reserved matters and discharging planning conditions.

Prior to joining Apex TP, Annie gained experience at a national multi-disciplinary consultancy where she worked as part of the South Wales and South West team, benefitting from an understanding of both Welsh and English planning policy.

Annie has experience with supporting clients through the production of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Construction Traffic Management Plans, and Technical Notes. In addition to this, Annie has undertaken a Travel Plan Coordinator role for numerous residential sites which involves the monitoring of Travel Plans.

Annie has a good understanding of the Section 247 Stopping Up Order Process, where she has successfully gained approval to stop up highway. This involved the production of plans, application submission, and displaying and monitoring Draft and Made Order notices.

She commissions and analyses traffic survey data, and undertakes junction modelling and traffic impact assessments. 

​

Annie is also adept at providing advice on access, design and mitigation requirements. This includes junction design, swept path analysis and advice on achieving suitable access for motorised and non-motorised users. 

​

In her spare time, Annie likes to keep active; she currently plays tag rugby, loves the gym, being outdoors, and enjoys skiing. She is always up for trying new things. Annie is also a keen traveller, having visited numerous countries in Asia, enjoying the culture and cuisine, and she plans on visiting many more countries around the world!
